有关2022年船舶污染清除协议签署的授权委托书

我公司青岛容海海洋环保服务有限公司（以下简称本公司）于2021年12月25日接受青岛海事局提出对船舶污染清除作业一级能力的评估检查，12月31日青岛海事局确认本公司已经符合了船舶污染清除作业的一级能力要求，可以在青岛港地区签署船舶污染清除协议并履行清污职责。

为了业务发展需要和更好的为各船公司服务，现本公司授权副总经理以本公司名义与贵公司协商、签订、履行船舶污染清除协议。对其上述行为本公司予以认可，承认其使用的清污协议专用章具备法律效力并特此授权。

(hereinafter referred to as the company) has met the first-level capability requirements of the ship pollution response organization.

To better expand our business range and render more quality service to all ship owners, the company now officially authorizes the deputy general manager Lu Jian to negotiate, sign up, and perform the agreements for ship pollution response with your company on our behalf.

The company recognizes the above-mentioned behaviors and acknowledges that the special seal applied to the ship pollution response agreements has legal effect and is hereby authorized in written form.
